3.1 Performance of the contract – order of goods or services

Purpose: processing the order, delivery of goods, provision of the service, communication, customer support

Purpose: issuing invoices, recording payments, fulfilling legal obligations

3.3 Complaints, exercising rights, dispute resolution

Purpose: handling complaints, recording and defending legal claims

4) Who is the Recipient of Personal Data (to whom we provide it)

4.1 Shoptet (E-shop platform)

The E-shop is operated on the Shoptet platform, which ensures the technical operation of the E-shop (orders, cart, administration). Shoptet generally acts as a processor of personal data.

4.2 Delivery – Packeta

For delivery of the shipment, we provide the carrier Packeta with the necessary data for delivery (name, phone, e-mail, address / pick-up point, shipment details).

4.3 Payments – Shoptet Pay

For payments via Shoptet Pay, the necessary data are provided to the payment service provider to the extent necessary to execute the payment and fulfill legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention).

4.4 Analytics – Google Analytics

If you give consent to analytical cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and behavior (to the extent of your consent and cookie settings).

4.5 Accounting / IT

We may use external accounting and IT services (hosting, e-mail), always only to the necessary extent and with contractual guarantees.
